I will say that the ground was not depressed there like it is around many of the other markers. My guess would be that there has not been one, or at least not for a long time.

I'm sorry I don't know. I searched the whole section "P" and when I didn't find it I asked the nice young man who was working there. He checked their records and gave me a copy of the list of all the graves in that row. It just showed "no marker." I can scan what he gave me and send it to you if you would like. Of course, he said that they can assist in getting a marker placed if you want. If you want a copy of what he gave me, you can send me your email address to mine: email@example.com.

I also found a marker for Aaron D Cole, 1853-1912, that had not been documented and I've added it to the findagrave database. Thought you might be interested since the last name is the same. I am not researching that line, so I don't know if they are related or not.
You are welcome for the picture. I was on vacation in the area and checked Findagrave to see what requests had been made close by. And there were three plus yours for the cemetery right by me. And so was able to get the picture for you. Read the comments I wrote on the picture for grave location. Also I have uploaded a map of the blocks and streets to the IOOF cemetery on findagrave as well, since the graveyard is not laid out in a logical sequential manner. It will take a few days before that picture of the map will be available to view though, as any addition to a cemetery must be approved by the admins first.
