Bio Photo My brother has been researching our family (Byrd/Bird) for many years. He told me about Find a Grave, and it was a good fit for me, since I have always had a fascination for cemetaries. It is very gratifying to be able to post pictures that may help people remember and honor their ancestors. My goal is accuracy in recording, so any notice of corrections are appreciated.

RE: Emmanuel Tabernacle Baptist
Hi Bonnie, sorry to be such a pain about Emmanuel Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery but these are my in-laws. I've sent through a number of edits for several of the graves and they haven't been accepted. I was just wondering if you had seen these edits. Thanks a bunch!

RE: Emmanuel Tabernacle Baptist
Hi Bonnie, thank you so much for your reply. I think Hardy Ford would be okay. The whole problem with the cemetery location is that whoever set up the Emmanuel Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery in Bedford County had Hardy as the location, when it is actually in Moneta. So persons entering obituaries would see "Hardy" and put them in the wrong cemetery. Thanks again for your help. Maybe this will help to keep people in the cemeteries where they belong! Cemetery location
Hi Bonnie, did you by any chance set up the cemetery for Emmanuel Tabernacle Baptist Church for Franklin County? If so, could I get you to please change the "city" in the location. The cemetery is actually in Hardy, VA not Burnt Chimney. I can get you the exact address if that would be helpful. This has caused a lot of confusion with the cemetery in Bedford County with the same name. Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help.

Eula O. Clark (1906-1977)
You have very graciously posted a photo of the gravestone of Eula O. Clark from the Barnhardt Baptist Church Cemetery in Goodview, Bedford County, Virginia. You have added that the O. stands for Overstreet. Do you have any further information about this woman? How did you learn the O. was for Overstreet?
Thank you for all you've done.
Judy Clark Felt (much family from Bedford County, great-grandmother was an Overstreet)
