RE: Edward R. Young Jr.
Thanks for your acknowledgement. I would suggest that you put in a photo request for your brother's marker. There are several folks who volunteer in Calgary that would happily fulfill your request. Right now I'm working on Doyle Veterans Cemetery, which has 43,000 and counting, so it's unlikely that I'll be at Calgary soon. All you have to do is go to his memorial page and click on the "photo request" button. At that point, someone will claim it and you should have a photo shortly. Best of luck finding all those you seek.

RE: Fernwood Cemetery - Herberich
I will look for the Young stones on a future visit to Fernwood. Do you have confirmation from the cemetery that there is a stone? Also, are the lots 310/311/312? I ask, because the listing for Valentine says lot 3. Just want to make sure I'm looking in the right place.

Re: Edward Hodson Grave
Hello. I am a recordkeeper for the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Houlton that is behind the church itself. We are trying to call it "Old St. Mary's" to avoid the confusion of the two cemeteries, but change is slow, and the two have been called by the same name for years. Anyhow, Edward Hodson is not buried in the cemetery behind the church. I have not started documenting the burials in the other cemetery, so if he is indeed buried in a Houlton Catholic cemetery, it would be there. We have had our cemeteries confused with other St. Mary's cemeteries in Aroostook County in the past as well. Good luck.

Fernwood Cemetery
If you would contact the cemetery office and find out the plot location I can try and find this stone for you. The office # is 215-729-8040. They are very helpful and will tell you who else is buried in the plot.
