RE: William J. and Lucy S. Worsley Calhoun
Jeff,

Thank you for your reply. If you don't object, I have taken you e-mail answer and placed it on my memorials to help researches to understand that the Calhouns were originally buried in a family cemetery and later moved to Pineview. One question. Were they moved in 1879 or 1979?

Powerful words
THANKS for the scriptures that you leave behind, it may be the only word of God that some may ever read.

Saint Johns Cemetery
Yes I saw were other contirbutors used other names. I used the name Saint Johns Cemetery because there are signs in red on the edges of the woods using that name telling the families to please remove scattered flowers. I did the delete. The cemetery of course belongs to the Saint Johns Missionary Baptist Church of Red Oak.

RE: Sam Donaldson
Hi Jeff,

Very Strange but it happens more often than you would think.

This is my first excursion to the Registrar of Wills. I let you know what happens.

What a beautiful Memorial this is! I bet it's getting a lot of views after the Gov.'s speech. Bless you.

JEFF,

ACCORDING TO THE EDGECOMBE CEMETERY BOOK, WILLIAM AND lUCY ARE LISTED AS BEING BURIED IN THE WILLIAM CALHOUNA CEMETERY. CHECK OUT THE CEMETERY. I HAVE PROVIDED THE SOURCE. ARE YOU SURE THEY ARE REALLY BURIED THERE OR JUST HAVE A MEMORIAL TOMBSTONE THERE? THESE CEMETERIES IN THE BOOK WERE RECORDED IN 1959. MOST LIKELY THIS CEMETERY DOESN'T EXIST ANY LONGER AND FAMILY MEMBERS MAY HAVE PLACED A MEMORIAL TOMBSTONE FOR THEM IN PINEVIEW. IT WOULD NOT BE THE FIRST TIMEI HAVE COME ACROSS MEMORIAL TOMBSTONES THAT HAD NO BURIED BODIES.

RICHARD.
