|C Musgrave||Wallen Musgrave|
Wallen Musgrave was my great great grandfather. I am wondering how you came to have a photo of him? I am always looking to learn more about him as his son John Mayfield never really spoke of him.

Hello Jerry, you have a lot of photos of my family and I am wondering what the connection is??? Arewe related. My mother is Lorraine Elizabeth Haley
|Laura Dahlberg||RE: Joseph Sheppard|
We are after a photo too. Also when and where the sheriff died. Since he was still alive in 1870, there is a possibility that someone has a photo. We just have to find the right descendant.
|Laura Dahlberg||Joseph Sheppard|
Thank you for your response. With what you sent, I have enlarged that branch of the Sheppard family. I know the Montgomery Sheriff's department has a project to borrow artifacts from the past sheriffs. I am gathering contact information for Det. Rizk, who is doing the old newspaper research. I leave it up to him to contact descendants. He says this is a long term project, and no hurry. Do you know if any of your wife's family has anything passed down from the Sheriff? The idea is to have items on loan, not donated. And are you comfortable with sharing your contact info with me to pass on to Det. Rizk?
Since you seem to be involved with the research of this family, have you found a date and place of death for Joseph G. Sheppard? I have him in the 1870 Round Rock, Williamson Co. census as a 60 year old. And then nothing more.
I am not sure how to get out of the findagrave.com message system and into personal e-mail. Is there private messaging?
Thanks for you help. Laura Dahlberg

Since you posted two photos of Nancy Sheppard Tucker on findagrave, I am wondering if you are a Sheppard descendant. I am working with a Montgomery County, TX sheriff's detective on gathering descendants of Montgomery County Sheriffs. At present, I am working on the 4th sheriff, Joseph G. Sheppard. Are you a Joseph G. Sheppard descendant? Thank you.

I happened to see a post on another contributor's page about the Musgroves. Check out Memorial 50935286, too see if he is one of yours.
|Cisco Kid||Hello Jerry|
Been a while.
Hope your are well.
We are fine here.
How are you related to Bill? He is my 2nd great grandfather. My family goes through his oldest Alonzo. Are you the owner of the photo that is labeled Papa and D.L.? I see that it is no longer posted here. Would that be Papa as in Daniel Lynch Sr and D.L. as in Bill?

|Heather Harris||Daniel Lynch Musgrave|
There is a picture you posted of Daniel Lynch Musgrave holding a little baby. The picture has writing on it, "Papa and D.L.". Do you know who the baby is in the picture and do you know where the picture came from? Daniel Lynch Musgrave was my great-great-great Grandfather. Thank you for any info you can provide.
|Mike Pruitt||Tom Yarbro|
Are you related to Tom M Yarbro in some way?
My great grand dad was Robert James Pruitt whose older sister was Rebecca Pruitt Dunbar who had a son name William Sylvester Dunbar who had a son-in-law named Thomas Morgan Dunbar.
Do you know of any family stories for this Yarbro and any more photos? I saw that you posted a photo of Tom and Pat Yarbro and also their gravestones!
