I am a recently retired RN. I live in Northern California, Butte County. My family are early pioneers of California. I would love to start doing photo research in my area. So if anyone has any requests please email me at litpink@gmail.com.

4/25/12. I broke my ankle and I am unable to look for graves. It will be at least 6 weeks before I can walk on my ankle. I have really enjoyed the few graves I have found and will look forward to doing it again once I heal.

I would like to start doing photo research again so email me with any requests to litpink@gmail.com

RE: Manning
Patricia, I don't think there is a connection. That last name doesn't appear in my tree and the Catherine/Katherine Mannings are BD 1794 or 1871.

RE: Mary Lamoreaux
yes I am glad to be of help and sorry for the long wait... I just recently got started in Find A Grave and ran into one of the many obstacles associated with that. I received so much resistance from the Catholic cemetery heads that I just photographed the whole cemetery and plan to upload all photos and create new memorials for the unlisted. Yours I happen to see while reviewing my images. I only have been through 20% and created over 300 new memorials. I will be going back in after the spring thaw with a probe to find hidden markers while the ground is soft.. I will be going to St John's this year which is down the street and If you have any buried there let me know.

RE: Pinkham
You're very welcome!
I don't know if Find A Grave sends a notification when a photo is uploaded without a request .... I also moved that photo of John's to Agnes' memorial page.

RE: Pinkham
The brightness today in that particular aisle was just the opposite of what it usually is .... sometimes so dark that even with my maglight flashlight I can't make out anything above the 3rd tier.

They haven't been noted yet in Find A Grave as requests. Harry (d. 1933) is in MSM-B-1574; Celia (that's the way it's spelled in the H.C. data base) is in MSM-B-1592.

BTW, are you aware that sfgenealogy.com is Holy Cross' data base & is available online? I refer to it for every request I claim/fulfill. If you need assistance in wandering through it, let me know!

More requests ...
Will you be setting up additional requests in Find A Grave for them?

RE: Harry Pinkham
Just keep the requests coming!!
I would have gotten Cecelia's also but I misread which aisle of the mausoleum she's in & only realized my error until I got home. I'll be going back to Holy Cross in a few days.
