Thank you for your most sincere apology. I think you are correct in saying that findagrave could provide better instructions regarding claiming a grave. In light of that fact, I apologize for my angry email. Had this not happened before, I would not have reacted so strongly. I certainly wish you happy hunting for graves around the Mesilla Valley!

Dear Mr. Bradley,
As requested by find-a-grave, I "claimed" this photo request in order to avoid duplicating others' efforts or having others duplicate my effort. Now I find after driving to Organ and taking the photo in the cold that you have already taken the photo and posted it. This is the third time since I've begun with find-a-grave that someone has done this and wasted my time, effort and gas. I am so happy to do this for those desiring the photos, but I am NOT happy when someone "jumps" my claim. I suggest you read the instructions before you do this to someone else. As for me, I will no longer be volunteering for find-a-grave because it is a waste of my time.
