I only have his name and birth date. However, the child's birthdate you provided would fit as he was born in 1931. so a dtr. born 1967 would match.

I know I am related to the Jones through my mom side. Her dad is Iddo Hamby and his mom was Mabel Jones before she married.
Trough my researching I have noticed at least one of my great aunts Mathews married a Jones. I haven't narrowed it down.

That's awsome! I have a family book. I am the 8th generation from Robert Jones. So I think he may be my 7th great grandpa.
That's through my mom side of the family. Her Dad Iddo Hamby mom was Mabel Jones born in Cherokee NC. Mabel married Babe Hamby.
