Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born in a small town in Nevada and I was not raised by either of my parents. My mother died when I was 4 and my father worked all over the state in the construction business. Not knowing much about my family, I developed an intense love for genealogy and have been researching my roots for almost 40 years now.

Find A Grave is a valuable resource to learn more about family. I hope I am able to help others with information I put in the biographies here. Feel free to use any pictures I've posted. We're all here to help each other and I'd like to thank everyone who shares their time and information.

Good luck in your research, too!

RE: Alvin H Howen memorial
No problem. Sometimes it doesn't appear the first time and/or we might hit the button twice. I've done it myself.

Q. E. L. S.
Sibel Family
Hello, I was reading your biographies and memorials to Conrad Sibel and family and noticed it said the father and four sons came over on a specific date. I cannot find an immigration record for them, do you have access to the source of that information? Also, it says the mother might have come over later with the only daughter, Phillipina Seibel. I've not heard that. In fact, most sources I see say she died in Germany, generally around 1826. However, by 1860 she was a widow and living with her son Frederick, so it is obviously false. I ask because I am writing a book on all the Schuetz families and their descendants, which includes the Seibel matriarch Elisabetha Margaretha.

RE: Elsie Mae Collins Mosby Feet Adamske
Hi Verna:

My photo looked very similar to yours, so I didn't post it. It's a pretty stone. I've always like that color. If I remember the next time I go out there, I'll stop and visit. I just got some flowers and flags, so will try to leave one there.

Take care,

Elsie Mae Collins Mosby Feet Adamske
Hello again:

I was back in the West Ridge section at Woodmere in Detroit, and took a photo of Elsie's new stone. I remember you said you were going to take a photo of the new stone, so I haven't posted mine. Let me know if you want me to do so, and I will as soon as I can.
