RE: Louis F. Schubert
Debra,

Thank you for your reply. I am particularly interested in photographs of fellow members of those in Company B, 355th Infantry. Perhaps you could post it on Findagrave?

I like to think I'm working towards a book on this military unit and anything I can do to bring it to life is great! I have a book out on a church history I wrote, so I've done it once, so why not again?

Any stories or information you can share about Louis F. Schubert would be greatly appreciated. You never know where an interesting story might arise.

With warm regards,

Bryan Anderson

Louis F. Schubert
Dear Debra,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the History and Roster of the 355th Infantry, 89th Division, Loui F. Schubert was a member of this unit.

On findagrave.com, there is no indication on his gravestone of any military experience. Is there a separate military gravestone for him? If not, might you know any details about his military history? In the History and Roster of the 355th Infantry, it lists Loui Schubert as being from Westport, SD, which I see is only a few miles from Aberdeen, which is where he is buried, so I'm inclined to think this is him.

Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated as it helps me paint a more complete picture of this military unit.

Nice photographs by the way.

Regards,

Bryan Anderson

Hi Debra
The link between children and parents has to be done from the children's memorial. The memorials to sent me to link to Arthur Henry Robinson are not my memorials, so you need to contact the persons who made those memorials. Sorry I could not help.
