I do have pics of the stones which I will add this week. Also, I've requested some merging done for Cliff, as the stone in TN is a cenotaph; he's interred in Arlington.

Thank you for your response.

I am a Find A Grave volunteer like you are. I am doing this to save you time and disappointment.
Sadly, there is absolutely NO cooperation from the San Luis Cemetery with Find A Grave volunteers. I was threatened with the police by the owner of the SL Cemetery, just talking to him over the phone. No volunteers have claimed a request in over 18 months. However, there has been great success with the San Luis Obispo County Genealogical Society. You can request a photo of the grave stone(s) for whom you are looking by doing the following; and they will respond promptly:
Address your email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Put in the subject line San Luis Cemetery Headstone photo
Give them the name and birth and death dates, or as much as you know. Ask them to send a picture of the headstone, and tell them how you are related or what your interest is in this person. They will appreciate that. This information may only be used in genealogical research. They will respond to you within a day or two.
If a photo exists, they will send you the photo as an attachment to email. They took photos of the thousands of headstones they indexed in 2009 and 2010. They photographed virtually all headstones that could be deciphered. Everyone, who was buried there before 2009-2010, and who has a headstone, has a picture of their headstone in the database of the Genealogical Society. The society will respond to individuals, but prefers not to send pictures in bulk to Find A Grave volunteers. They also have not made an agreement to download their data to the Find A Grave servers.
I will ask that the request be removed, now that you have a very reliable and quick way to achieve your goal. If there is any problem, please let me know.
As a reference here is the website for the index. http://www.slocgs.org/pdf-files/SLO-Cem-Location.pdf
I have checked the index myself and found that a headstone picture exists for this person.

Dena...This cemetery is privately owned and the owner will not assist to locate headstones unless it is a relative. I see you noted plot F. You need to call and get the area name (Memory Lawn, Garden of Hope, etc.) row (which is prob. F) and plot number. I will be in SLO next week and if you get me this info I will gladly get a photo for you. Be sure when you call you tell them you are a relative. Good Luck. Diana
I think that the person who owns Anna's memorial has to correct it

Only parent and spouse links can be added--the sibling links are generated automatically when people are linked to the same parent(s).

You are more than welcome.

You are very welcome.
My apologies on behalf of Find A Grave, but these photos should have been done two weeks ago, but the lady that claimed them didn't take the photos.
Photo request complete.. I also added photo's for Frank, Nellie, and Lorena Densmore whom are all burried in the same plot area.

You are very welcome! I almost didn't realize that the original stone was still there under the leaves. Fascinating! I love doing this. Dave
