Parker/Hoffmire in Green-Wood
I'll be uploading photos in a few moments, but wanted to give you notice. None of the Hoffmire graves in lot 16830 is marked. The cemetery's online burial list does not include Emma Hoffmire, but does list several others.

The caption for the photos will read as follows:

Green-Wood Cemetery
Section 167, Lot 16830.
[NOTE: Only 2 burials here are memorialized by any currently visible or legible stone or inscription. A list of lot residents, with burial dates, appears after the inscriptions.]
INSCRIPTIONS
Only 2 stones mark this large lot on Fir Avenue. The stone in the foreground is inscribed "Mother." At the rear of the lot is a small flat stone inscribed:
PARKER
Husband
Harry A. 1869 1942
Wife
Emma 1868 1955
[NOTE: Burial list from online cemetery records, with burial dates, which may represent reburials after removal from previous graves. This list may be incomplete. Contact cemetery for complete information about this lot at http://www.green-wood.com:
HOFFMIRE: Edward, 8/26/1868; Frank B, 2/4/1957; Helen, 11/26/1860; John M, 11/26/1866; John M, 1/31/1901; Lucy A, 2/5/1873; Lucy A, 12/19/1912;
