I was born and still live in the Cleveland, Ohio area and am lucky to have unusual enough family surnames to make it easy to look up most of my relatives. I have been researching my genealogy for over 40 years. I recently retired from the communications industry, and am now doing as much as I can with European investigations prior to 1800. My main surnames are: Oltmanns, Driesel, Schnadt, Krieger, Neff, Vanderweel, Van Der Heide, Walker, Cooper, McKenzie, Seifker, and Kenemeyer. Most all are German, with a few Dutch and Scotch-English in origin. I have been able to trace back Schnadt to 1620, Vanderweel to 1640, and McKenzie to 1550. Many thanks to those genealogists who have preceded me, in providing invaluable prior European family lineages; and contact from distant cousins who have found me, or I them, sharing information through Find A Grave.

Louis Walker-Texas-Memorial 47492905
On the memorial page it says Louis Walker was incarcerated but in my research of the Dahm family he was only living on the Poor Farm being unable to provide for his family after Mary and then Selma's death during children birth. My grandmother was his two wife's sister. Different members of the families took the children and raised them. So he was not in prison. I have researched all of his children. Gene

Thomas Vincent Murphy
Unless his body has been moved recently, Thomas Vincent Murphy (#93538864) is buried in Willoughby Village Cemetery, along with his wife, Mildred E. (Oltmanns) Murphy (#93486831). They have a joint Grave marker There. See Mildred Murphy's memorial at Find A Grave for a photo of the marker, and please make corrections accordingly.
Thank You,

Error in location
Johann Peter Quiggle is buried in Hambden Cemetery(spelled with a B, Section 1, Lot 45, in Geauga County, Ohio. He died in Hambden Township, Geauga County in 1828, allegedly at the age of 97, which would indicate he was born about 1731-32. However, his birth date was recorded at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania as April 8, 1740. He has a gravestone inscribed "Peter Quiggle, Parker's Co., 7 Pa. Reg., Rev. War". He is buried next to his son, Peter Quiggle c.1786-1847.

Please tell your cousin from New Mexico that Section 44, lot 38 was correct, but in Woodland Cemetery. Please also let him know that I posted photos. Thanks.

Mildred Murphy
I am always delighted to meet new cousins, but unfortunately we are not related. Your Aunt Mildred is part of some cemetery documentation I was doing. Did not mean to duplicate your entry and will delete mine. Any chance of your pasting in some of documentation I did for Mildred and Tom on your entries? I hate to see it go to waste. I will leave mine up till the end of the week and then delete them.
