Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born and raised in Fernandina Beach, FL. Growing up my mom was a nurse at our local hospital and my dad was a fireman. That means we knew a lot of local folks.
I enjoy taking pictures and walking around in Bosque Bello Cemetery. I have a lot of family and friends there.
When I walk around a cemetery I don't think about all the people who have died. I think about all the people who once lived. They deserve to be remembered and I try to give them a memorial page for that reason. It's not about trying to post so many graves, it's about trying to help family and friends have a memorial for them and a family link for future generations.

I enjoy Find A Grave website and have really liked helping others get connected to their loved ones.
I am also here to link my family members. My father's side are Fender, Zorn and Taylor. My mother's side is Deen and Smart.
My husband's family are Rembowski, Griesemer, Mercer and Ramsay.

Your tombstone stands among the rest;
neglected and alone.
The name and date are chiseled out
On polished, marbled stone.
It reaches out to all who care
it is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you
In flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot,
And come to visit you.

RE: Re: Aunt Verlie and Uncle Dwight West
MeLisa....evidently the "siblings" link is something that Find A Grave instituted just this past week. I think it is a wonderful tool but you will notice that unless one is linked to parents the siblings link is not visible. I don't know that you can "link" siblings.

RE: Requested Transfer
I will let her know that is what you'd like for her to do. Would you be able to meet with her since there isn't really a need for me to be a middle man?

My reply:

If she is a member, she can request the transfer to herself. All mandatory transfers go the family within the 3 generation as the guidelines state. No problem here with that. If she ask for the transfer, I will transfer to her.

Otherwise, I can add anything you ask me to add to the memorial. And, I think I have done that so far, haven't I?

Requested Transfer
Hi Linda, Is there any chance you would consider tranferring Mrs. Campbell's page to me? I have been working on genealogy stuff with her daughter, Laurye. We have added some pictures and we have her relatives to link.

My reply:

Since your email, I see the photos have been posted and I will gladly do the relationship links for you, just send them to me....if there is anything you want to post on the memorial, I will be glad to do that too. That should take care of what you need to do to the armorial.

RE: Dondi Fender
You're welcome. I am really glad that I can help.
Ascension is the name of the section of the cemetery in which Dondi is buried. Probably useless information, I guess, but you never know what might be important to someone.
