would you like me to transfer this record to you? If so just let me know what your Find A Grave # is.
|Jay||RE: Winfred Clyde Reeder|
Rodney Clyde Reeder probably was raised by his step father. That might account for your not having heard of a grandson of Willis Clyde and Ida May (Spencer) Reeder.
I don't know if this is the grandson. But a Rodney C. Reeder is listed in Ancestry.com as having married in Arizona. Information regarding location, date, and the bride is not included. It is available for a fee from VitalChek. I have made an inquiry with one of the Arizona Historical Society offices (they are scattered all over the state) and they will get back with me.
Another option would be to obtain a copy of Rodney's obituary. How I miss Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness!

Good work! I was not aware of Winfred Clyde Reeder's first marriage and of his son. That has brought on more searching. At the time of the 1940 census, Delia was listed as divorced and he was remarried. Rodney C. Reeder was living with his mother. Going back to the 1920 Census, Delia was listed as Cynthia D. Easterling. On 29 Apr. 1940, Cynthia D. Reeder married J. H. Ackerman in Chelan Co., WA. According to the 1940 census he was John H. Ackerman. Cynthia D. Ackerman died 24 May 1975, Alameda Co., CA.
I posted to his memorial the obituary for Willis Clyde Reeder that you provided. You control the memorial for Ida May (Spencer) Reeder. You might want to post her obituary. You offered corrections regarding her family. Are you related to Ida May?
Oh, did you locate Rodney because of the 1940 census or how did you come up with him?
Thank you for the help!

Thank you for adding the links to the Reeder memorials. I noticed your comment sent to Laura Hughes regarding Evelyn C. Reeder saying that you have Evelyn's obituary. So far the additions that you recommended and I recommended haven't been made to that memorial. Could you please send Evelyn's obituary to me? That would help with my research.

|Bebe||Jacob Madison Swartz|
I think, based on his Illinois death record found on ancestry.com, that Jacob was the son of John M. and Sarah (Young) Swarts. He is in our family line. Jacob was born in Highland COunty, Ohio and his parents were married there on August 9, 1861. He was their oldest child.
I might be wrong, please share your source for his parents as Andrew. Thanks

|Mandopkr||Sulpher Spring Cem.|
Hi. I received a message from Az Susi today concerning the Sulpher Spring Cemetery and the John A. Smith cemetery being the same cemetery. My wife and I a couple of years ago photographed the John A Smith cemetery and put them on F-A-G. We did not find a listing for any of them at the time and I guess I gave it the name. Have you posted the Sulpher Springs cem.? Perhaps we can combine them or rename John A Smith to Sulpher Spring.
Any help appreciated.
