Elizabethtown
Hi Mike. Not sure why you think I can't go to Elizabethtown. I can. Working 60-70 hours a week limits my time for recreation, and limited daylight this time of year reduces it further. But I do get out that way a couple of times a year. If you are referring to my photo requests, I was entering burials from a transcript from the early 1970s. There were some descrepancies between my information and memorials posted by others. By seeing the stone phots, those questions can likely be answered. If someone else fills them, they get the credit and I (and everyone else) get the correct information. If I happen to get out there and shoot them, I get the photo (although not the volunteer credit since you can't get it from your own requests), and we all get the information. Win-win. It is a beautiful and peaceful place (even in the rain). I have been going there since I was a child. By the way, my Mom spent part of her childhood living across the road from James Dean, and my family used to own the mill in town.
