In February 2009 my husband & I lost our daughter (Diana), capping a decade that seemed to be full of loss including my brother-in-law in 2000 and both parents in 2001. The events of 9/11/2001 helped to put our losses that year in perspective. In October of 2011, our youngest daughter, Crissy happened upon Findagrave and found Diana's memorial.|
After losing my husband's brother to cancer in December, 2011 & the unexpected death of a beloved sister-in-law January 29,2012, we became interested in our family histories which led us back to Findagrave. I have begun to try to find family members in Findagrave and armed with a fistful of obituaries, death certificates and funeral cards I have started to add family members. I hope to add non-family members as I visit the cemeteries. If you happen on a family member of yours that I have added, or if you are a closer family member than I, please feel free to contact me to transfer the memorial to you. You will have to join Findagrave if you haven't already, but it is free and easy to sign up.
God has blessed me with a loving family with my husband, four children (including Diana), twelve grandchildren and one great-grandson. I also have a wonderful loving extended family.I have two sisters and three brothers of whom I am the oldest.
My families are Wilde, Engle, Adams, Polivick, Goin, Heard, Gupton and Wheatley at this time .

At least she is distantly related to you. I only know her through her grave marker. I am happy that someone who cares has found her. I would be happy to transfer.
I would be happy to transfer to you. I just made the memorial because I am trying to get Upper Alton Cemetery online with Find A Grave. Just let me know.

Thanks for the suggestion to link Terry and Donnie with their mother Dathel Kivett. You can transfer her to me if you want. Thanks. Carolyn

I have tried to find out info on Edith Crider without success if you have any thing you could go ahead and add her with Ed with a note explaining you are unsure and if anyone knows different to notify you, I have done this a couple of times

Thank you for the parent links and information you sent for Guy S. Crider. They have been added to his memorial.
In case you are interested, I also added a picture of his stone, a link to his wife and a bio to his memorial.
I appreciate your help and am glad you took the time to write.

OK NO problem. It was a beautiful day here in Paducah and I enjoyed visiting that peaceful, well maintained cemetery

Thanks that was nice of you to say. I currently have uploaded over 30,600 photos.

I am not related in any way to the Sharp family, so I transferred George and Dora to you.
