RE: william haney marker
She came across John Haney 1594 England came to Jamestown in 1621 with 2 slaves and wife Elizabeth Haynie came to Jamestown in 1622.

Her real start is
John Haney B 1745 with No wife.
James Haney 1768 W Nancy Petry Peatross
James Haney Jr. 1801 w Anna Bays Sergeart
Granville Haney 1834 W Louisa Taulby Sebastain
Lilburn Manson Haney 1877 W Lilburn Manson Haney Earle Haney 1905 W Hazel Oldfield
Earle Haney Jr. 1930 W Joanne Alexander her father and mother.

The last four are buried in a small Haney Haney Cemetery in Cannel City Kentucky.

Do you have anything from John Haney born 1594 in England to John born in 1745.

Thanks for you time and effort checking this and maybe she is in your tree.

William T Haney
William T Haney, who married Nancy J Gilley, was living with my Gr-grandfather James Ervin Adams, at the time of his death. My Gr-grandfather married Nancy J Gilley's daughter, Martha Gilley-Hogg. Family researchers cannot prove that Nancy Gilley ever married Squire Hogg. Martha and her brother George, used both "Gilley" and "Hogg" as last names.
