Ruth Anne
I have added the photo to her memorial.

Tomorrow I will be going back over all the requests I filled, and sending the plot info, since I have it.

RE: the Bryans of New Castle
Glad that I could help. They had a lovely burial location - right beneath a big pine tree. There was a 4th name on the stone - Ruth Ann (1936-1994). Did you want me to add her, or did you want to add her? If the latter, let me know, and I will add the photo of the stone.

Posting Photos Now
Mrs. Yatiri,

There are some photos that I could not decide on, so I'm posting the best ones, and you can do the honors of choosing the ones you want for your site and just delete the others or you can copy and save them for other purposes. You have my permission to replicate them as often as you want and to use them in any fashion you desire.

If I can ever be of any further service, please don't hesitate to call upon me.

Have a great weekend.

Your Pal,

Stephen

Success at Last
Hi Mrs. Yatiri,

I searched all of lot CC this evening. After almost 2 1/2 hours of searching, I was contemplating leaving when something told me to look over my shoulder and there were your grandparents' gravesite. I must have walked past it several times each time I returned to the cemetery to look for it.

There were several photos that I took that I'm going to be editing before posting the best ones online for you. It was a little tricky, because the cemetery closes at sunset, and the sun was setting behind the gravesite.

The pictures will be posting sometime within about an hour or so. It's now 7:50 P.M. here. I should have them posted before 9:00.

Sorry for such a long wait, I hope you the photos will prove to be worthy of your patience.

Have a Great Weekend.

Your Pal,

Stephen

Hi Again,

I'm sorry that it has taken me so long to get back to you. The weather has been extremely rainy here this year and my work schedule has drastically changed within the last month, both foiling several plans to return to the Franklin Cemetery for Find a Grave picture taking.

I have returned to the cemetery a couple of times recently, but was unable to locate your grandparents site. When I go to work tomorrow at the library, I will get the coordinates and check on your grandmothers headstone.

One of my good friends and co-worker at the library has moved to Florida, and I have taken over her position for interlibrary loan and running the Pennsylvania Room, our genealogy room, which grants me more access to cemetery records, obituaries, and local history information. All of this plus I'm maintaining the handling of our memorial books and adding and deleting our library holding on the Pennsylvania state card catalog.

I will also continue to substitute teach for Cranberry, Franklin, Oil City, Titusville, and Valley Grove School Districts, and the I.U. 6. I'm also applying to the I.U.5 for a position helping adult learners obtain their GEDs. If I get this positions, I will still be doing all of the above.

There's been a lot of changes in the last month, but I'm still going to continue volunteering for Find a Grave.

Hi,

Thanks for the transfers. Sure, I'll be happy to take the others as I'd be related to them. The name is French--Charles and Louise came from there.

Hi Yatiri,

I was in Franklin Cemetery last weekend and check on Lelia's headstone, which has not been place yet. This isn't surprising though with all the soggy weather that we have had here for weeks.

Periodically, I shall check on this for you and seen you my findings.

Have a great weekend.

Lelia Callahan
If you'd like to send me your e-mail, I can send news articles on this family as I find them. Here is Lelia's wedding write-up:

1922 May 10, Wellsboro Agitator, P3, Wellsboro, Pennsylvania
Callahan Furst Wedding
At the parsonage of the Methodist church in Wellsboro, the wedding of Miss Lelia A. Callahan and Gordon F. Furst was solemnized by Rev. John H. Stoody, on April 27. They were attended by Miss Clara Boggs and Leonard Callahan, brother of the bride. The bride was attractively attired in a navy blue suit with accessories to match. After the ceremony the happy couple left for Williamsport and Pittsburgh. Mrs. Furst is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Callahan, of Stonyfork, and is well known in this vicinity, as she has been home caring for her invalid mother. Mr. Furst is the only son of the late Rev. Luther Furst and Mrs. Austa Furst, of Fayette. He is a graduate of the Westminster High School at New Wilmington. While attending college at the Susquehanna University at Salinsgrove, Pa., he enlisted in the Ambulance Corps of the A.E.F. and served eighteen months in France. He is now employed by the State Highway Department and is located in New Castle. Mr. and Mrs. Furst have many friends who wish them success and happiness.
