I've been researching my ancestors for more than 15 years and have made remarkable progress partly due to sites like Find A Grave and the people that so generously offer their time to help complete strangers. From my own experience I know it can sometimes take a lot of time to find the stones, especially the old ones and taking a good picture can be quite a challenge. So for those that dedicate their time to taking photos I greatly appreciate their effort. I enjoy hearing back from the people requesting photos. It makes it seem all the more worthwhile when I know I have helped them with a little piece of their puzzle.|
Most of the memorials I have created are not my ancestors so I'm more than happy to transfer memorial ownership if you have a connection. I try to add as much information as I can regarding their dates and places of birth and death but I do make mistakes. I'll gladly make corrections or add additional information so long as you have documentation to verify your request.
Anyone may use my photos for their own personal family genealogy. I would also be happy to email high resolution photos if they are your descendants. Photo credit would be appreciated.
I would also like to thank my wife for the many hours she has spent helping me find gravestones and so research.
Our descendants include some of the following:
Andrews, Dickerman, DeFlorio, Buchanan, O'Neil, Dodge, Medland, Herwig, Ringquist, Weckesser, Boyce, Adams, Minor (Miner) and Farr.

Hi, what I would like for you to do is transfer them instead to user Charlotte Hopkins (47436604) who is the caretaker of this Findagrave branch. Thank you!

Something is amiss here because DAR records show Moses Jr. as having perished in the Revolution in 1778.
Their records are usually very reliable and highlight any issues they have discovered to be inaccurate from submissions of members.
So wondering what Moses Jr. was on the 1800 census? Perhaps a cousin or did Moses Jr. survive? Clearly something which needs further research.

Wow! What a treat. As I was working on Ancestry this evening I checked my email and saw the email about Zephaniah's headstone. And then I saw you also added photos for his wife and son. Thank you so much. Zephaniah is my 4th gg grandfather. You added his mother's headstone not too long ago - Freedom (Strong) English. I will have to visit the cemetery on my next trip up the coast.
Many, many thanks.
Although very hard to read both names were on the same stone.

The information you provided confirms information I have concerning a Lucinda Walker being married to the son, Samuel Flint Jr. In fact the memorial that you posted the picture for is actually a duplicate, with the exception of the birth date. You did post the picture on the proper memorial #105364322. I need to delete the Lucinda( Lucy) Flint memorial and up date my family tree. Thanks you helped clear up my mess fast... Rick

Great Photo..as always much appreciated... I am a little puzzled however... her father was Samuel Flint, and she married a Samuel Flint, what are the chances of that?... I didn't have her husband's name looks like I need to do some more research..

|SR Folkerts Anderson||RE: Harriet Tucker|
I changed the order of the photos. I also added a note to the photo, I submitted, that she died in Indiana and was buried in Minnesota.
Let me know if I've missed anything.

I rec'd an edit request from you on the death/burial of H. Tucker.
She is buried in Marshall MN. The picture you submitted is of a monument erected by her daughter in her memory, not the actual burial.
I believe the info I entered is correct according to Diana, as well.
Let me know if this works for you.
