|Pat LaCroix||Picture of Elizabeth Haun & Martha Ramsey|
You have this photo identified as Elizabeth (nee Cobble) and her daughter Martha L. (nee Haun) Ramsey, however another researcher has this photo on Elizabeth's FindAGrave memorial listed as being Elizabeth and her SISTER Martha Cobble. I am confused....
|Audrey DeCamp Hoffman||Hi Larry|
I did not realize that there were more than 1 Walker family in Bulls Gap. So I may have more than one error. Its hard to keep every one straight.
My Grandfather William Franklin Hawkins was married Louisa Walker by James H Walker, Justice of the Peace. The 1870 census has them living with Elizabeth Walker Charles. The date of there marriage, that is in the Hawkins Co. marriage files, is after the date that every one uses for the death of James H. Walker.
|Audrey DeCamp Hoffman||Larry,|
|April Haun||My G-G-G Grandmother|
Elizabeth Cobble Haun was married to my G-G-G Grandfather C.A. Haun. Does anyone know if she is on the left side of the photo submitted or the right side? Does anyone know the whereabouts on the flag used to cover Christopher's coffin after he was executed? Does anyone have history of her family, the Cobbles?
|BookGoddess||Mary Jane Rhea Courtney|
I found the marriage record for Mary Rhea and John Courtney (1860), but the Mary Jane Rhea you pointed to wasn't born until after John Courtney died! I'm thinkin' we need a different Mary Jane Rhea.
|Vickie Elam White||Thank you|
Thanks for the photo of Seymour Haun's tombstone. I really appreciate it.
|Audrey DeCamp Hoffman||Gabriel "Gabe" Walker|
I have transfered Gabriel "Gabe" Walker 71462029
to your care and management.
I think he was the father of my grandfather's first wife, but I am not real sure. Only a remote relative of mine at the best. I am very happy to make this transfer, because he is your great grandfather.
