I have been researching relatives in South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa. Surnames names I am researching are Crimmins, Dolan, Fleming Barrett, Mead, Manion, Mangan, Wallace, Fletcher and many more. I have a large number of relatives buried in Flandreau and Elkton. I have a lot of documentation for relatives as there is much wrong information. I use death notices, cemetery, church, state and county records, census, also history books. I am looking to only really work with relatives memorials. Thank you always for those who have taken grave photos and help with information! If you are related to any of the graves I manage please let me know. If you knew my relatives or know something about them please let me know.

I would be happy to post a contributed bio.

Alternatively, I am no kin to Ms Wallace, so if you want a transfer, I can do that, too.

RE: Raiche Wright county
Yes, my husband is a Raiche through Annie Raiche who married Louie DeMars. I have a rather extensive tree on ancestry that's pubic.

Hi,
I am a F-A-G volunteer like you are. I am doing this to save you time and disappointment. I would want to be treated this same way.
Sadly, there is absolutely NO cooperation from the San Luis Cemetery with Find A Grave volunteers. I was threatened with the police by the owner of the San Luis Cemetery, just talking to him over the phone.
However, there has been great success with the San Luis Obispo County Genealogical Society. They completed exhaustive photographing of gravestones at San Luis Cemetery.
You can email a request for a photo of the grave stone(s) you are looking by doing the following; and they will respond promptly:
Address your email to
slocgs@gmail.com
Put in the subject line
San Luis Cemetery Headstone photo
Give them the name and birth and death dates, or as much as you know.
Ask them to send a picture of the headstone, and tell them how you are related or what your interest is in this person.
They will appreciate that. This information may only be used in genealogical research.
They will email you within a day or two with an attached photo(s), if it exists.
I will ask that your request be removed (so others arenít discouraged), now that you have a very reliable and quick way to achieve your goal. If there is any problem, please let me know.
As a reference here is the website for the index for all the burials at San Luis Cemetery through 2010. http://www.slocgs.org/pdf-files/SLO-Cem-Location.pdf
Best wishes.

RE: Seneca cemtary
Mary I don't have any other Fletcher photos. I take some at random , so I checked my photos and have Annie Worland, the M. Fletcher and Levi Walters. I'll try to remember to check at the library for more. Sorry. Luella
