| Bio and Links | I have traveled across country to find and photograph the final resting places of my ancestors and their neighbors.
Please do not use my photos without permission, and after receiving permission, please do give a photo credit to A. Tulk. Thank you.
Sadly, I have seen my photos used without permission and uncredited on ancestry.com and elsewhere. I have begun the lengthy process of replacing my photos with watermarked photos.

 | RE: Bethia PHILBRICK b: 15 OCT 1654 in Hampton,Rockingham,NH Hi. My info was from Jacob Chapman, "Philbrick and Philbrook Families". Exeter: 1886. page 10 He lists Bethia as a child of James2 and Ann, who marries 24 APR 1677 to Caleb PERKINS. on the other hand Sanborn in "Vital Records of Hampton, NH", Boston:1992, on both pages 88 and 546 lists Bethia Philbrook as a daughter of Thomas and Ann PHILBROOK (on page 546 it is spelled as FILBRICK) born on 15 DEC 1654 in the old writing: "Bethia ye daughter of Thomas Filbrick & Ann his wyfe was borne ye (15th) of ye (10th) Mo: 1654.
I think there are 2 Bethias here, one daughter of James PHILBRICK, one daughter of his brother Sargeant Thomas PHILBRICK. Sanborn notes that there are a significant number of discrepancies in dates in early town records and some pages damaged beyond recogniton or repair. But luckily the Dow family took a great interest in preserving most of the Hampton records. | | | Beth Sparrow
 | RE: Shubael Page Philbrick No, I'm working on the Philbrook/Philbrick family for a friend/client. You would be a cousin to her. | | | Barbara Ferdinand
 | Adelaide Jewell Ferdinand Hovey I have added her parents but would LOVE to know more of the family history. In 1932 Adelaide's sister shot her mother and then herself. I have never been any to find any information on this. Any clues?

I made the changes you suggested.
Tried to e-mail you, but the address you have here keeps coming back undeliverable.

 | Mary & Samuel Page Hi Amy - Made the changes, and no need to apologize for the error - I've made plenty myself. I have to get Find A Grave to remove a cemetery photo I added yesterday when I was trying to add it to a grave. What program do you use to watermark your pictures? I like to do the difficult stones (non-destructive methods) that are almost unreadable from lichen damage, weathering, etc. and many of them can take an hour to read under the right conditions AFTER I find them. They are probably the first and only photos that will ever exist of those stones, because many will not be readable at all within the next very few years. At least 40% of Upper Yard stones fall into that category. I don't mind people using them for their genealogy, but I would like the credit when I do that much work. Richard | | | Jim Sanders
 | RE: Betsy Leavitt and Mary Marston I'd be happy to transfer their spouses. Simply send me a correciton notice for each of them, the same way you sent the original ones to me, and I'll take care of it. | | | Richard Cole
 | Re: Mary Dearborn Page I made the corrections and links as requested, but do not have her DOB. I calculated 1706 from the DOD and age, but she was probably born in 1707 because of the terminology (in her 88th year). I cannot find a birth record in NH for a Mary Dearborn in either year, but do have one for a Mary Dearborn born 15 Jun 1702 in Hampton. If you like, I would be happy to transfer the memorial to you since I have no family connection. Richard | | | Tom Price

 | RE: Melcher - Hawes Cem, Hampton Falls NH I just finished with the transfer of all of the Melchers I created. There are a few memorials left, ones that were created by people who were going through burial/death records but did not go to the cemetery.
You should contact these people and ask for a transfer since you are a relative. I listed their username with their member number and then listed the memorials they created with the memorial numbers :
MayflowerPilgrim332 (#47081711)
Samuel Melcher - 42430559
BarreNative (#47312220)
Elisabeth Hilliard Melcher - 67884141 Esther Green Melcher - 67856553 Samuel Melcher - 67857406 Samuel Melcher - 67856747
I think the best way to do this would be to go to each memorial and then click on the "Edit" button, and then click on "Suggest a correction or provide additional information". Tell them you are related and would like a transfer.
To go to a specific memorial, click on "Start New Search" under "Actions". When that page comes up, look for the "Memorial #" box and type in the memorial number, then click on "Search" - and - you will be taken to that memorial directly.
Glad my work on this cemetery is producing dividends,
Bob Purple
