Hi Joanne -
I checked my book, says no marker. Location of gravesite is Section 1 (Brubeck Addition) Row 5
Right beside Preston.
The photo I took of Preston was only marker there and they are side by side.
Regards - Beth

RE: James Marquess
Daniel CRAVEN Marquess was born 1805 - 1868, Rebecca b1805-1858 (twins?) I don't know where some people get their information. My great grandfather's James had people attached to him who were born AFTER he died, People attach people to these people just because of the last name. I've seen that many times in my own line, and my own family. I have a list of resources on the Marquess line, send me your email address and I will send the list to you. So much of the informaton and documentation is from the Historical Society of the areal.

RE: James Marquess
James had no siblings named Thomas. His siblings were William, Samuel, Sarah, Daniel, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Mary and than James. The only Thomas in this family was Thomas b 1770, son of William Kidd and Eleanor Magruder. James' father was Isaac. In all my docuentations, obits, census, books etc., there was no Thomas...Sorry.

RE: Preston Marcus
Hi Joanne -
I deleted the memorial I had set up and went back to my reference book just to make notation for myself. I did see in my book of interments, there is another "Marcus" listed beside baby Preston. The only info given is as follows:
"Marcus d/o J.C. no marker"

Not sure if this is of interest, just wanted to pass it on, obviously, there is another Marcus
buried at Mt. Tabor.

Have a blessed day

Hi Joanne -
No I did not know this was a duplicate memorial. I was working on my family members at Mt. Tabor and could see quite a few had not been entered on Find A Grave. With the burial records from the cemetery I entered the ones not already entered and photographed stones as well. I see on your memorial you havent entered the cemetery so you can edit that. I will save the photo of the grave and post it to yours.
have a blessed day
Regards -

HI Joanne,

Being a Genealogy researcher for over 20 years your edits got me wondering so I found some data as well.

Thomas K Blackburn was married to Ann born 1815 VA
I also found the 1850 census with them listed in Adams County Indiana post office Monmouth.
They had 10 children listed.

I have posted the data on Anns page

Have a Great Day

Under the edit tab:

Click on:
"Birth/death date, birth/death place"
and you can add the information and an edit will go whatever contributor made the entry.

Click on:
"Relationship (parent and spouse links)"
and you can memorial numbers and an edit will be sent...

Click on:
and you can make any changes to a name.

This way errors are not made when adding parents links etc.
