I live in California and have found Find-A-Grave very helpful when researching ancestors across the United States. I have requested photos and received some replies with photos and am willing to take photos for those requests in my area.

Hello, There is a Sidonia H Ott buried in the Tacoma Cemetery. Her number is 77501523. Don't know if that is the Sidonia you are referring to. Just thought I would pass it on.

RE: Lewis
Hi Darmaca,
Oh boy, do I know how addicting this can be, lol. I haven't made the Rexroth connection yet. I have just been looking up Lewis (Louis) information. On different census records, his year of immigration is different. It looks like he immigrated after his wife, Elizabeth. Do you think that he was married twice? I found a marriage record for a Louis Ott and a Marie Hagen in Scranton, PA from 20 Feb 1886. It gives the birthdate of Lewis as 04 May 1862, just like your Lewis. Also, the 1900 Tacoma, WA census has Lewis and Elizabeth Ott living with a son, William, that was born in abt 1884 but that doesn't match up with Lewis being married at the time of his birth, I don't think.
I found Lewis in the 1900,1910,1920,1930,and 1940 census records....all in Tacoma, WA.
In 1900 they were at 1308 "D" St (which is now Market)
In 1910 they were at 1315 "D" St
In 1920 they were at 2118 Yakima Ave. S. They have a Niece, Josephine, living with them. Josephine was born abt 1905 in Prussia.
In 1930 Lewis is widowed at still at 2118 Yakima Av
In 1940 Lewis is widowed at 2120 Yakima Ave.

I am also tracking the places they lived and maybe when they moved to Tacoma...a sort of timeline.

Hi Hi Hi,

Are you related to Lewis? How is he related to the Rexroth's? I am just curious. How much research have you done?

Robert William Coy
Thank you for your time trying to find Robert's grave to take a picture. Edna Annetta Coy is his wife. Is there a marker for her grave. I will create a memorial for her.

RE: Marjorie Best
It was my pleasure and honor and I'm glad I could help. Since you are family you might find peace in knowing that they are behind a locked door of the columbarium and in the glass cases. I had to be let in to take the photos. I also took a photo of the them together and will post that later.
Take care.
