I am happy to make corrections/additions to memorials I have created. Please use the edit icon on the memorial to make requests. |
I'm even happier to transfer to people who knew them better than I did.
Memorials I currently manage fall into two categories:
1. People in my family tree. Many of these have been transferred to me in order for me to be able to add biographical and source information and link family members, and update as my research progresses. I am happy to transfer on relatives who are not my direct ancestors to people who are more closely related, even if I have added a lot of information to their memorials. I'd love to see all the cousins managing their respective branches of the family tree some day!
2. People not in my family tree. I create a lot of memorials for people I am not related to, as well. Sometimes an entire cemetery. I am happy to tranfer to any loved one of theirs who cares enough to want to manage and enhance their memorial. I love watching a page with just a photo, a name and a couple of dates turn into a life story. It's beautiful!

Sure, I'd be happy to take care of whatever Standing Rock memorials you would like to transfer. I live nearby, and update the cemetery because it's beautiful, close for walks in the evenings, and has lots of very interesting local history. I currently transfer to family, and will continue as requested. Good luck with your other projects!

Tlhanks Lee....I dont mind adding persons living...it helps connect families in search of however its a rule you dont so dont.
I have wrapped up my research on the Cornish but am still finding more than I didnt have in my books thru F.A.G. and other areas.
There was a saying if there is a hole in the ground you will find a cornishman.....from being miners.

Thank you! Not a relative, just a student of Kent history, and looking at early settlers. *Janice

No, Lee, I am not related...I ran across it and added it in while looking for someone else. Kathy
