RE: Elizabeth Murphy Memorial# 110770860
I took the info for the memorial from the Fairview records book. That's all the info I have. Sorry I couldn't be of more help but if you find this is your relative I'll be glad to transfer ownership. Jayne

Mrs R G Murphy Memorial# 100395093
You are not using a kind tone of voice. You sound very DEMANDING and I shouldn't reply but I will.

I listed it as it is written in the burial register and have included a newspaper article about the accident which resulted in his death, as well as his obituary. I have also notated that it was listed as Mrs. in the burial register. but obit listed Richard G. Murphy. I have always felt it should be Mr. instead of Mrs., but I cannot change the records.

I do not research this line, but I do some cemetery research. I have a large database of obituaries, as well as cemetery records I have transcribed over the years. You

Obit: NADL Wed 17 May 1871: Mr. Richard M. Murphy killed by the cars . . .this morning, which resulted in the death of an old and respectable citizen, Mr. M. Murphy, father of Mr. Augustus Murphy . . . .

NADL 18 May 1871: Died, Murphy, on the 17th inst., Mr. Richard G. Murphy in the 63d year of his age. . . .

[Listed in burial register as Mrs. R. G. Murphy]

What more can I do for you?

Henry French at Springfield
The Henry French referred to in Findagrave is actually Henry M. French, Sr., who died on Sept. 13, 1911 in Southampton, MA and was buried in Lot 119 at Springfield Cemetery on Sept. 17, 1911.

The date of 1894 is simply erroneous.

He died at age 84-8-3 and was born in Cummington, MA.

There is the presence of stone indicated on the Lot Cemetery's Diagram (it may or may not still be visible).

His father was Ambrose French.

His son, Henry Jr., died at age 18, in 1874.

RE: Mahala Adair Williams
I am from Isaiah and Rhoda Williams Florence. After Isaiah died Rhoda married Charlie Pullins, who I also have a picture of. Rhoda was my grandma Yeoman's grandmother. My dad remembered her and Charlie both.

RE: Mahala Adair Williams
I will try to post some pictures for this family soon. Just learning how to use some of the programs and equipement. I do know I have a tin type of Henry and a group picture with his 3rd wife Margaret Mackey Williams Henkle. Now my gr-gr-grandmother was Rhoda Ellen Williams Florence Pullin. Her brother married Mahala. And one of the Henkle girls was married to Charlie Pullin. After her death and that of Rhodas husband, she married Charlie. Charlie is buried in the Smith Cemetery with a wife on each side.

Henry V Henkle
How are you related to Henry? His third wife was my gr-gr-gr-grandmother. I have pictures of him if you are interested. I can put one on his memorial page.

Peter Drysdale
Garrettson in Scott Cemetery
There are obviously two "t's" on the Garettson memorial I posted. Perhaps Jacob preferred to spell it differently.

I could not find a memorial for Walter Young's wife so I could not add a picture to her. I thought you might want to add a memorial for her and use that picture. Jack Eslick
