As for getting photo of his grave in Oakwood Cemetery,he may /may not have a personal stone.
There are thousands for burials there with no stone. I go not live in Richmond.

I found R. O. Webb's obituary at Ancestry.com, and it lists his name as Robert Oscar Webb, Jr. This is the man for whom you're looking--right?? If you want me to transfer him to you, use the transfer management method on his memorial page. Thank you for clarifying his first name. Whoever suggested Richard will be greatly surprised if they ever re-visit his page.

Was the R. O. Webb you're looking for a teacher and preacher? Was he short? I'm thinking the grave marker has the year of birth as 1892. It's rather worn. I remember when I took the photo, standing there and wondering if that was Mr. R. O. Webb who taught math when I was in junior high.
I do not know anything about R. O. Webb's first name. The name Richard probably came in as one of those suggested corrections from someone else. I know I didn't dream it up. I have posted a photo from a 1955-56 yearbook to Mr. Webb's page. Do you think this is the man for whom you're looking? If you don't think so or want the photo removed, let me know.
