I'm sorry I know nothing more on this branch of the Woodsmall family.

Did some looking on the internet and couldn't find info either, so, I called a funeral home and asked. I called Nusbaum-Elgin and was told to contact the following person who is the sexton for Woodlawn Cemetery:
Doug Baker 574-586-3338
Good luck! and I hope this helps you!

No I don't. I checked the Silverbrook site and they have obits for Carl Yung, Hazel C Yung, and Hazel Rose Yung. but nothing for Raymond. Sorry!

Saw your request and stopped by there yesterday. There isn't one of those modern vet markers there for him. This is a very old cemetery and most of the markers are very difficult to read. I went through about half the cemetery and will soon stop by again to review the other half. If you like, I believe this cemetery is related to the church there and I could get you a phone number. Good luck! jWheeler

Thank you so much for the photo. I wasn't even sure if my nephew had a headstone or not so this is very special. It is much appreciated.

If you go to www.fulco.lib.in.us, you can search most all of the records for Fulton County. At the left side of their home page you will see the genealogy tab. If you click on it, you will find cemetery records, death, marriage, obits and other county records.
When I am looking for an obituary, I go to the Decendents Index first. It is a listing of all the obituaries that were printed in the local newspapers and all names are listed in alphabetical order.
Also when you go to a record to search for someone, not all the records have an index. PDF files take longer to download, so I normaly use the HTML mode. When you get ready to search a record, if you hit the "Ctrl" then the "f" key, it will open a search box, then type in the last name of the person you are looking for. Then just hit the "next" button to take you to each matching name. It will tell you if there are no records for that name.
Good luck, and happy hunting!!
