Bio and Links
Bio Photo My father's family came from the Thousand Island Region of New York and Canada. MY mother's family came from Italy.

I am the 9th child of a family of 10 children with my father's 1st wife. For the first nine years of my life, I lived in Rome, NY. The next six years were spent in Scriba and Oswego, NY living with my father and step-mother. When I was about to turn 16 years old (1958), I moved back to Rome, NY and lived with my mother until I graduated from Rome Free Academy in June, 1962.

After High School, I attended SUNY at Morrisville, NY for one year and then transfered to SUNY at Albany. I graduated from Albany in 1966 with a deree in accounting and educaiton. Upon graduation, I taught for 2 years at VVS Central High School. In 1968, I moved to Dutchess County, NY where I taught Accounting and Banking and ran their Work Experience Program at the Dutchess County BOCES Occupational Center until 1998.

Now I am retired, living in Rhinebeck, NY. My wife and I have three grown children.

Hello, Keith,
I have transferred Jane to you care. So glad you found her and the rest of the family. I'm not related and I love bringing families together again.

Happy hunting!

Abel Elijah
Well Keith, I have just read your so-called bio on Find A Grave. It turns out that you are just a couple of years behind me in age. I see that you went to college but have a bout with spelling (hahaha) That was funny for me. Sorry I mean no disrespect. I also see that Abel probably came to Iowa to live with his sister Delilah. It amazes me how people move about from place to place. From New York to Iowa. Mine were from England to Iowa. The only difference the English group is my grandfather and his family.I am happy that I could help you with your search. I am just so glad that Abel now has his family found and back with him. God be with you and yours. Linda Gasper
