John Roundtree #15166225
Gene, Please remove the tombstone picture you posted on his grave at Jamson-McKee-Rountree Cemetery at Maury County, TN. It is for someone else. He died Nov. 1845. I proved his father for DAR and also had to prove him. Thank you R.J.

RE: Information On Drake-Walton Cemetery
Gene, Thank you for the rootsweb link. By the description of where the cemetery is located, you may have your work cut out for you in finding it. It should be an adventure to say the least! Thank you again for contacting me.

RE: Thank you
You are truely a great person! Wouldn't it be fun to be professional archivers? Maybe it would take the fun out of it, though!

Thomas Harbison Headstone
Gene, Thank you for the picture of Thomas Harbison's headstone. This was a tremendous help as I am researching my fathers family tree and the date on his memorial was incorrect. I appreciate your taking the time out for this! May God bless, Tonya Wertenberger

RE: J Nick Foster
I have no problem with cleaning some tombstone. The only thing is, sometimes if your cleaning solution removes all the letchen. Some old old stone would crumble if not for the letchen binding the stone particles.

Send me an e-mail with your formula, I promise I will not display your information and maybe able to let you know if there could be a side effect damage to the stone later on.
My e-mail is Trumpshallblow17@aol.com

Sometime I use sidewalk chalk and then take my photos. And just a rag and water will clean it off no problem. Of course the rain will instantly wash it off. I know what you mean about carring water. Ouch on the back ! !
Cordially
