Family has always been important to me, and was fortunate enough to know all of my grandparents and 3 of my great-grandmothers and 1 great grandfather -- each from different "branches" of my family tree. They each had stories -- just wished I had listened more closely. Since retiring, I have more time to research my roots and be able to leave this for my children and grandchildren .
