I have been doing genealogy as a hobby for over 25 years and am gradually adding members of my family and others to Find A Grave, and/or adding personal photos from my collection and details to memorials which you wonderful volunteers have already added. I have Swedish ancestry and enjoy doing Swedish research in my spare time.|
Besides my family and its connections in the USA and Sweden, my other areas of interest are historical, war and military graves in Europe. The purpose of my contributions to the Find A Grave website is to respectfully honor and help preserve the memories of those who have gone before us.
Please use the edit tab on each memorial page for suggestions, corrections or additions.
My grave photos are free to anyone for non-profit use, and it would be much appreciated if you gave credit to Find A Grave.
Thanks to everyone for your contributions and for so promptly filling requests! I will upgrade all memorials where photo requests of mine are fulfilled.

My wife and I are making a pilgrimage to our daughters grave later this year and it was a wonderful surprise to see the photos and information on the Find a Grave website. You have made us both very happy, thank you.

I have just found this photo and would like to thank you. I am starting to look into our family history and this grave belongs to my brother who died before I was born. He only lived for a day. I was having difficulty tracing his grave and your picture has helped. The name is incorrect. It is Derek Aitken. Thanks to your help I hope to be able to look into getting the records amended. Regards Maggie

How do I find the name of a relative that I believe died at the camp? Is there a web site with all names listed?

Thanks for the photo of Douglas, Kate, and Belle's grave. If you could add it to Kate and Belle's memorials that would be great:)

Thank you for posting a photo of Michael Cox's headstone. It's been 43 years and would have been his birthday today and I will hopefully get to see it in person in 3 weeks. Many thanks Tammy

Hello, Bob B, thank you for the photo of my great grandmother, Isabelle McKinnon MacMullen.
Headstone reads born 1875...I believe she was born in 1872. However, the children also listed on her headstone are the names of her children, who died very young. Only months old.
are you a relative of Isabelle?
thank you, again!

Thank you so much for the entry for my son. I found it through the Ancestry site when I was filling in my family tree and added Callum.
Please could I have copies of the photos you added as my new Mac seems to be a mystery to me and I dont know how to download from chrome.
Seeing his grave means the world as I have not been able to visit him in this time. He was stillborn and my kids and I miss him so much. Being able to look at his entry means so much. Thank you- and thank you for the flowers on his entry

Thank you so much for the picture of Frances' Grave. Frances and her sister Margaret were living in Dortmund on a British Air base in 1957, with their parents, my paternal grandparents and their brother Michael (my father) who was a small baby. Unfortunately they were both killed on 19/04/57.
My Dad has never been told the truth about exactly what happened that day, and has never known his Mother, his father died young too and so these memories are very precious to us. Thank you so much for your kind assistance, I will also put in a request for a picture of Margaret's grave too, which I hope is next to Frances, I am quite surprised they weren't buried together.
Once again, many, many thanks.
