I am retired and live full time in an RV at this time. I grew up in Adair County, Oklahoma.
My cousin and sister got me started on family history and I am trying to compile as much as I can. I have found Find A Grave very helpful in locating family members. My sister and I have started a project of replacing family tombstones that are broken or unreadable or in some cases there never was one. We have placed several at Bell, Adair county, OK. on the Pittman and Hutson graves also some in the following cemeteries, Macedonia Crawford county, Arkansas, Britton cemetery Britton, OK., Prarie View Cemetery, Macomb,OK, Thompson cemetery, Cherokee County, OK.
The few memorials I have created I did so because they were not previously done. If you have a closer connection to any of the memorials I have created I will be happy to transfer to you. My reason for creating memorials is not to see how many I can create but to honor those who have gone on before us.

You are welcome. Goshen Cemetery happens to be just across the road from my son's place. There was a third name but I wasn't able to find a stone. Bill Lavery

I don't happen to be related so I couldn't comment about the person's identity. Someone named R. H. placed the photo.

Look again in a while
Hi Dave, I saw no one could find a grave for you to take a picture. I have Elder Nathan Baker and two people searched for him and just resently someone else asked for a photo and a wonderful person found it. You can't read his grave, but his grand daughters has enough information on it to tie them in. They were broken and some where thrown out in the weeds next to the cemetery. What a great surprise.

In case you were wondering, the source on those edits I have put in (mainly plot numbers) -- is the book "Our People And Where They Rest: A Visit to 104 Old Cemeteries in Eastern Oklahoma," James W. Tyner, Maxine Tyner and Alice Tyner Timmons, American Indian Institute, University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. 1970-1985, (Library of Congress No. QE99-C5-T97) There wasn't a place for me to put that in the edit form.

Thanks for all your help! Best wishes.
