Very Nice stone photo you posted onto 23573486.
I see thousands of examples of "very bad" photography. I sweep hard and coat every metallic stone with Super Stone Brite.

Thanks for getting back to me Steve. I prefer not to add info from trees unless there's a record available to confirm it or know specifically where it came from, such as a bible, letter, etc. I did check into the Ancestry tree you mentioned. The person's maternal GT-grandfather and Lewis Bailey (Coral's husband) were brothers, so that's the connection, instead of on Coral's side. If you find out where her middle name came from feel free to resubmit it and I'ld be glad to add it. Take care.

Hi Steve - Need to know please what is your source for Coral's middle name of Dorothy? I'm unable to find it in any records.

Do you mind I have added her obituary to her memorial. She has a child in the Lone Tree Cemetery, Johnson County, Iowa and the name is spelled SANDRA JEAN HOYT #163938385. Dorothy's obit has her named spelled, Sondra
If you don't want it there, just tell me and I will remove it, alright.

These two memorials have been transferred to you.

I approved your suggested edits on the Holt memorials. If these folks are related to you and you would like to maintain the memorials, please send me a request. I am always happy to transfer memorials to a family member. These folks are not related to me in any way.

I don't use Photoshop, I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager 2007. I think because of it's age, it is now a FREE download.

Letís return back to Burton Sanders, 84466234.
You ask, Why is Don's photo so much better than mine?
I'm using a 9 year old 6 megapixel Olympus FE-170 (point & shoot camera). Originally it was a $150 camera, but I have bought 3 on Ebay & Amazon for $25-30 slightly used. Nobody wants a slow processing camera when you're shooting children & pets in action. But this obsolete model is PERFECT for cemetery stones, they don't move!
I have destroyed two of these cameras during my Lindquist inventory. I'm on my 3rd, and have another new one in the basement.
But the Good Quality photos, it's not the camera!
The Secret for great photos is lots of Sunlight, and I generously splash on a product called "Super Stone Brite" with a paintbrush. I also don't use the automatic setting on the camera, but instead an enhanced light setting, (brightening subject).
Oh, because you seem like a guy that's trying to help the Find A Grave cause. "Super Stone Brite" is WATER.
I slop water on all metallic stones, it helps some natural stones, but usually makes the stones harder to read.
