I don't have anymore information about Seth Brown and his family than I posted on findagrave. I could go back to the cemetery when the weather permits to take another look. I searched the RI Historical Cemetery Database for Josiah and Amey and I didn't find any listings. I did find that Benjamin and Rebecca were married in Newport, RI on Januray 30th 1778. After I found that, I found a Josiah Brown who was Christened at Trinity Church in Newport, RI on September 13, 1741. Could Josiah been buried in Newport? I suppose he was buried in either Newport or West Greenwich, but I couldn't find anything. If I come across any other information, I will be sure to let you know. Please let me know if you have any ideas on how I might be able to assist. Good Luck!!

I do not live in PA.

You would have to talk to the cemetery about their rules, and then a monument company. I'm sure you can GOOGLE them.

Angie, First let me ask you have you given the VA any proof of Archibald, having died at Florence. it took me 4 years to get my Grandfather a marker. I had to prove that he did die at Florence. I had to send all kinds of paper work. Then the VA approved him for a marker, which I had placed in the Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, which is just a memorial marker, he is still bury in one of the burial trenches. Ted

I posted a few pictures for the Seth Brown Lot, located in West Greenwich, Rhode Island. When I posted the pictures, I saw that you left flowers for your 6th times Great Grandparents. FYI - I posted a Picture of Seth Brown's headstone, his son Alfred and Alfred's daugther Mary E. Pitcher. Good luck with your research.

I don't have further info and it is out of my area. Suggest you contact the Slater Library.
Askey Cemetery is very well know by Greg Watson. He lives in Snow Shoe.
