James Potter
Peggy, please consider linking James Potter to his parents on Findagrave. His father was James Lawrence Potter - Find A Grave Memorial# 9733079. His mother was Mary Ann Coberley Potter - Find A Grave Memorial# 9733130.

Jim was a brother of my great-grandpa. My great-grandpa was the oldest and Jim was the youngest. There were about 23 years between them! About ten years ago, I made it out to see his grave.

Cherney Family at Calvary
Hello Peggy,

Are you related to the Pauline (Ricker) Cherney memorial you posted in Calvary? I ask because I believe I am related to Edmund Cherney's family ... but I am having trouble piecing everyone together. Plz email me if you would like to compare information: Thank you!

Betty Lou and Bryce Turner
Hi Peggy, I just transferred the management of these two memorials to you. I'm trying to figure out if your Turners are somehow connected to my Turners. They obviously were living close together since we both have Turners buried in Gove Cemetery, which really isn't that big. :)

William Edwin Allen
Not sure my message got through to you about William. The county officer that had the records for 1955 checked & said there wasn't any William or Edwin Allen buried in their cemeteries. I also checked with the Madera Cem. District which buried his brother Ira & they don't have William in any of their cemeteries either. So sorry I couldn't find him for you, Peggy!

Thank you for the correction. I apparently grabbed the brother's number instead of the father's number. I have corrected it.

Lauer photo request
Hi Peggy - I claimed your photo requests for Elsie & William. It looks like there are a bunch of additional Lauers in the same section/lot. I'll photograph all the Lauer headstones I see there, no need to request the others individually. Take care, Amy

William Allen-Fresno CA request
Peggy, did you know our Fresno County Cemetery is a pauper's field? No grave has any designation as "Grove 56". The oldest county cemetery only has a few markers & none are for William Allen. The newer one is a wasteland of dirt, puncture vines & tall creepy weeds. Was William an indigent person with no one to claim his body & bury him in a better place? I noticed he had a brother Joseph who was buried in a Colorado Mountain View Cemetery. Could that be it instead?
How did you get the burial location you have? Please let me know this. Meanwhile I'll see if I can get an obituary for him.
