Memorial photo copy request
Hi Craig,
I got authorization from Alexander White to add his photos to the various memorials so I did that. While linking people I noticed a Deaver memorial was missing based on a photo you had posted. I was thinking this guy had quite a few wifes and when I looked closer I noticed it was another Dr Joshua M. Deaver - his grandfather. Wondering if you would please copy your photo of the main Deaver memorial over to the one I created. I've put in for names and dates, links, and bios as well. Thanks for your efforts on Sailer/Sailors and Find A Grave.

new one: Deaver, Dr Joshua Montgomery 160482973 (the Grandfather of the other)
current one with your photo Deaver, Dr Joshua Montgomery 89336534. (Wife was Priscilla Sparks Sailer)

RE: Elwood Sailer
I am also related to this family, thru Emmeline. So I am not partial to relinquishing the memorial at this time. It would have been a faster response had you used the edit tab, I don't frequent my page often anymore with this newer feature.

RE: Emmeline Sailer
I was trying to be subtle as to your duplicates since you own them both... This was not a date change request. The date of death on your memorial doesn't reflect the date mentioned in the image of an obit thats posted or the other memorial and the names are also different (middle initial on one and maiden on other) I suspected they were the same person. As far as your agreement - puzzling why you would agree to something like that but at any rate it doesn't change the Find A Grave guidelines - the oldest created memorial is the original so in this case the one you created is newer than the one you now maintain. Yours should be removed. I just request that you combined the data and remove the newer duplicate. The goal of Find A Grave is to have one complete memorial for a person correct?
Thanks for your help on cleaning up Sailor/Sailer/Saylor/Sayler data.

Hi Craig, I'm still looking. Added a comment or two today but look at this site: Check out the documents too. Some cool letters. Need to ask permission for those photos or ask him to add to Find A Grave. They are great. Hope that helps. Keep up the good work on Sailers et all...

RE: Charlotte Sailer Moore Burton
Hello Craig,

Sorry for the very late reply on your request. Due to lack of time and so many requests it is hard to complete them all in a timely basis. Also I have been off line for a very, very long time.

Per your request I have deleted the memorial I set up for your mother, Charlotte Burton.

RE: Ephriam Rubrecht
Hi Craig:

I visited the offices of the Berks County Genealogical Society 201 Washington St #413, Reading, PA 19601. They had cemetery records for almost all the cemeteries in Berks County.

I focused on three, The Bew Bethel, New Jersusalem and Friedens. I photographed almost all the graves in the first two. Friedens had a great many stones that had been destroyed or unreadable. I phographed some in the older section and ran out of time before I could photograph the newer section.

This was in 2011. Send me an email address and I will send you photos I took of the books that have the Rubrecht names.

RE: John Scott
Inscription updated on the memorial:

In memory of
the son of man and Martha Scott
who departed this life
August 24, 1977
Aged 14 months and 1 day

As transcribed from "A History of the Newtown Presbyterian Church 1734-1900"

Note: Based on the recorded transcription, the date of birth might be June 23, 1776.

(FYI - It does say "man" in the book.)

RE: John Scott
All plots on the cemetery list have a Findagrave memorial, so all known Scotts are there.
