I have been mostly researching my family roots in Blair County, PA, and surrounding counties and states.

I am a descendent primarily of most of the Treese, Gunnett, Burns, Kime and Fry families in Blair County. I am related either directly or by marriage.

I add only my own relatives, their ancestors and descendents, to Find-A-Grave.

I am willing to transfer any of the memorials I have entered to anyone who is a more direct descendant of one of my relatives. (My only request is that you take into consideration the countless hours, and sometimes days, that it takes me to gather, verify and transcribe the information I post to the memorials I have entered).

Please feel free to use any of my research information or photos that I have posted. I ask only that you credit me if you post photos on Ancestry or any other genealogical site. Please do NOT post my photos to Facebook.

I am also researching all of my Knipe relatives from Cumberland County, NJ.

THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE FIND-A-GRAVE CONTRIBUTORS WHO HAVE BEEN KIND ENOUGH TO TRANSFER MEMORIALS TO ME, AND TO THE MANY CONTRIBUTORS WHO HAVE HELPED ME FIND LONG LOST FAMILY MEMBERS!

AND A SPECIAL "THANK YOU" TO THOSE WHO HAVE ADDED PHOTOS OF GRAVESITES AND HEADSTONES OF MY FAMILY!

Frank L. Burns
Hello Keith,

Thank you for posting photos of Frank Burns. My father always remembered his "Uncle Frank", but could not recall his last name. By chance, I found his name in my g-grandfather Charles W. Hudson's obituary as his half brother. And then I searched for Frank here on Find-a-Grave. I am having a tricky time figuring out a timeline of his mother Catherine Summers. Do you know anything more? If it is easier for you, I am happy to correspond via e-mail (pollyannadiehl@hotmail.com). Thanks again for sharing the photos!

RE: THANK YOU
Thanks very much for the kind words.
My only pay is the thanks I get from appreciative relatives and other persons, but that is enough for me.

Thomas Ellsworth Gunnett
Hi,

I thought it very interesting that his mother was a Grove as well.

Do you know who Elizabeth's parents were?

Your welcome, Eliza is my 2nd great grandmother. Anthony Gunnett is also my 5th great grandfather. I think that makes us 6th cousins.
