RE: Albert S. Johnston Family He was my mother's favorite uncle. He married Florence Bartlett on 2/27/1932. He would have been 34 years old at that point, so he could have been married before. No one told me about a cousin Leroy Johnston, though.
RE: William H. Sellers 1847-1924 I am sorry that i can not help your. I was there visiting my husband who was working on a pipeline. I photogrpahed the headstones while doing the laundry across the street. i have no connection to anyone in there. Lisa
RE: Grinnell I have nothing but really, really fond memories of my time in Grinnell. My wife was a teacher (briefly) and did her student teaching in Grinnell. I also 'taught' pre-school for a number of years at that little preschool attached to the college. We were actually just back in Grinnell last year. We stopped by on a college tour with my daughter. We knew she wouldn't want to go there. It was just an excuse for my wife (whom I met in the dorms as a freshman) and I to visit our old stomping grounds. Good stuff.
