Royal Webster Merrill
Hi, Jean... Have you requested a grave site (headstone) for Royal Webster Merrill -- b -- 27 Sep 1872 Danville, Androscoggin, Maine -- d -- 31 Jul 1940 Falmouth Foreside, Cumberland, Maine. He is buried in Pine Grove Cemetery. The reason I'm asking is he is my step-grandmother's father. If you haven't already requested a photo of the headstone, could you please let me know and I'll see if I can get somebody to volunteer and get it for my ancestry.com profile? Thanks, in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Laurie Small Webb...

The one I made is a cenotaph. It is not a double.

( What is a cenotaph? How do I have a memorial designated as a cenotaph?

A cenotaph is a tomb or a monument erected in honor of a person or group of persons whose remains are buried elsewhere. It can also be the initial marker for a person who has since been interred elsewhere.)
