RE: Ella Voged
My mother's uncle, Hans Weinbeck, the son of German immigrants, served in France for the U.S. in WW I. His cousin, a soldier in the German army died in France in WW I. There is a Facebook page for the Weinbecks that has a photo of Hans in France during the War.

It is interesting to see the 19th Avenue South and 1st Avenue locations. My mother grew up in the 500 block of 17th Avenue South and her grandparents lived in the 500 block of 1st Avenue. Small world.

You are welcome!
Great photo! Thank you for doing the work and adding it to his memorial. I am smiling that his eyes were shut - that's what always happens to me!

No a problem!!
Interesting you say you have been able to match up pictures and records to family of war veterans. I have a couple of collections of photos and the like that I got at a flea market and am trying to find family to give it to. Can you send me your email and I will get you the names.
