Hi Kathleen, On checking my account just now, I have received your message. When you first sent it back in July, I received a notification about it, but it was not listed or present in my messages. I tried to retrieve it, but it was not there, for whatever reason. So, I'm glad to get it now. Please forgive me for my delayed response. I am so happy to be in touch with you and to know your information. Regarding my sources for Adam Staffen's information, it is from a booklet of different family trees that was published in and around the Springville, New York area. The name of the lady who provided the information for the Staffen's is one whom I've identified in Adam's biography section of his profile (I don't recall it at this moment, but please look at the bio and you will find it). Please feel free to email me to catch up further at email@example.com. Best, Michele :-)
I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. Thank you so much for noticing that I had Anna Grymes buried in Vermont instead of Virginia. I had clicked on Vermont by mistake. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Find A Grave is a team effort!

I just love Yecomico Church. It is absolutely the most precious little church tucked in the trees so quietly. I had many friends, who have all passed, who attended services there. This is where I first met Tom and Jacquline Rice. Also, Harry Arnest and wife, "Miss Bea" Bertha Davison, who lived at Bonum's Farm on the river. Wonderful memories. So very pleased you sent me Grace's name, I would not want anything incorrect on her memorial.

Thank you so much for taking the time to send me her first name....I have made the correction in the memorial write up for her husband. I had the pleasure of meeting his wonderful parents. Appreciate greatly your sending this information to me.

The spelling is changed. I had the pleasure of meeting them both while in Montross, VA. Lovely people, enjoyed them so much! Also saw them again at Yeocomico Church on a Sunday for services.

Correction Made. Please let me know if you see other corrections that need to be made.

Thank you for your messages and edits. I hope I've made all the corrections you suggested. Would you like me to transfer any of the Johnston or Kirchner pages that I manage to you? I will wait until I hear from you before I add the biographical info you sent about John H. Johnston. If you want the transfers, then you can add whatever info you want then.
Thanks for your kinds words. I'm glad I could help you find your relatives.

I must have gotten her maiden name from the death certificate of George Jr., which also has it as Malone.
But it's been so long ago that I put the information in, I honestly can't say for sure.
But if there are two sons with that info---it must be OK. Maybe she had Harvill relatives from her mother's side of the family also.
I wish I could tell you more than that, but that's really all I've been able to find.
