|I would like to thank so many of you that have added information on my family. My maiden name was Traxler and I have been working on my family genealogy for several years now. pleased to say that I have found several things I did not know through looking at many of the memorial. I will be adding more on the family as I have time. I am also working on Rhine family as this was my mother's mother's family. On my father's side I will be looking for and adding information on the Johnston, Bennett, and Waite Families. If anyone has information on them I would greatly like to talk to them, I have been trying to find information on my ggrandparents. I have searched for a long time and have had no luck in finding where they are buried. |

RE: Della Moore 91102580
I am sorry Mary if I did not post her Find A Grave #. Thank you for all your hard work on here. I have found several of my relatives here and I know many people have gone to great lengths to make sure their information is correct. I have seen her name on a lot of the family obits spelled wrong. I just wanted it to be correct for anyone looking for her and for future generations. Agaon thank you for all your hard work.
Forgive me, but I dislike this method of corresponding. I am not trying to be rude, but I remove queries from my computer as it is about to crash and I need the room for critical data. I had removed your query and expected that you would have told me the changes you needed. They will be made as soon as you provide the # and the changes. These request keep me busy most of the day. Please understand and cut and paste the original request as this method does not allow one to include the message in the response. Mary

I seen where you have my aunt posted. I would like to give you the correct information. Her name was DELLA not Delia. It seems that a lot of mistakes have been made with this. She was born Della Catherine Traxler in 1929 and later married Robert Moore. She was the daughter of Jacob William and Virgie Elizabeth (Rhine) Traxler. She died in 1997. I think the mistakes have come from the obit. I have found a lot of mistakes in different obits for my family and I am trying to make sure the correct information is given. I do genealogy and feel everyone wants correct information. Thanks so much for your posts. It is nice to see photo's of my families marker's and information on them.
Sorry, but I find this method of corresponding very inefficient. Without a memorial #, I can not do anything about this memorial as I have added so many. Who was she married to? Family Tree freezes if you sort by middle name, so I do not try it. I have no traxler in my database, so probably I entered the info from Cemetery records. I hope you will understand. I spend a great deal of every day updating memorials.

Yes, I am related to the George Smith of my photo request. George was son of Andrew and Elizabeth Smith, and brother to my ancestor Daniel.
Feel free to browse my records at http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=smithns&id=I3891
If you think you can locate George's tombstone, a photograph would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for contacting me.
Lol no problem. I do it to myself a lot!
Have a great day!
Thank you so much for the gravestone photo for James Bush Dell and wife Marian. Keep up the good work! Your help is much appreciated.

I got all of Mifflin County burials from the 2 volume set "Cemeteries of Mifflin County" published in the mid-1970's. I have found mistakes in the transcriptions after I have gone to the cemetery to photograph it. I've taken a few photos at Newton but I haven't completed that cemetery yet. After I do, I make corrections. I'm trying to completely photograph every stone in every cemetery in Mifflin County. I have about half the cemeteries done.
