I was born in Canton, Ohio in 1956 to John Decker and Addie Clark-Decker. I relocated to California in 1985 and only recently, moved back to Canton!
My family are mostly from Monroe County, Ohio. I spent lots of time there as a child on my grandparents farm on Grizzle Ridge Road. I have lots of information and old photos from that area I'm anxious to add to this site.
Names I'm currently researching are mostly my family's and include Decker, Clark, Workman, Griffith, Brown, Schenk, Freitag (Friday) Murphy, Fisher, Young, McMahon, Turner, Ullman, Mellott and Ott.

| Fiske faily buried in Woodland
Hi Tom, I was wondering if you were related to the Fiske family that you place on find a grave in the Woodland cemetery? Namely George Loring Fisk SR and JR? Wondered if you had additional information on them or obits etc? they are my cousins (Which I never met) and was doing research to find Sr's wifes burial location to further more research.....Any way thanks for anything you can forward to me to help my research..Sharon | | | C Bailey

I have no idea. I found a marriage record from Moundsville, WV, that stated on Jan. 28, 1918, a Henry Decker , born in Pittsburgh, PA, but living in Pipe's Creek, Johnsons, Belmont County, OH, (age 49 yrs), married an Eva Clinger, age 28 (she was actually 22 at the time), from Guernsey County, OH. No doubt, that is my g-grandmother, but I have no idea how long she was with Decker. All I know is that by 1930, she was living in Pittsburgh, PA, married to a Greek named Christ Pappas.
