Thank you for the correction. It highlights my biggest complaint about the new edit system. I now check each one and give credit to the contributor so I will know at-a-glance who sent it. Thanks again!

I've sent several family relationship edits to you, all of them (I think) parental links for the children of Lewis Durant Shuford and Amanda Caroline Beach. The sources are 1880 and 1900 Census records.
But mainly I wanted to thank you for the outstanding job you have done in that cemetery with grave marker photos. Both perspective and close up pics are so helpful. Thanks and happy holidays!

Hi there! I am going to be approving the requested edit of her memorial.
Would you like a transfer? Just thought that I would ask.

Thank you for the info! I guess I always assumed that if a name appears on a stone then the person is buried there. Guess it goes to show - we can't assume anything!

I so sorry I have not thanked you for information I received on 6/29. Thanks so much!!

Since you have been in direct contact with the daughter I have transferred the memorial to you so that you can make the necessary changes.

Judy, I don't know anything personally about this person. All info is off of Ancestry. If he was adopted, it was above the age of 18, when the census shows he was living with his (divorced) mother, Beatrice Cox.

I no longer maintain this record, so I am not able to make any changes.
Thanks for the information.

I try to follow the Findagrave rules regarding the posting of obits and the privacy of living relatives.

He Judy, If you go the memorial, there is a "request photograph" button that you can click to request a photograph of that person's headstone. All the photos that I took the last time I was down there have been posted. You might want to request a photograph and see if someone closer can take you a picture.
Sorry I couldn't be more help.
