You're quite welcome, I'm happy to do it. I have about 500 more pictures to get organized and uploaded for Section E of St. Josephs Cemetery. Once I'm done with those I'm planning to hit the next cemetery on my list of cemeteries that I need to visit for my research (the next one will be in Kearney County, NE). Most likely I'll take a number of pictures there and continue to upload.
You are welcome to use any of the gravestone pictures that I've uploaded in any of your research tools. Feel free to add high quality versions to your Family Tree Maker or Ancestry.com tree, or whatever other tools you use for your research. I don't have any problem at all with folks using my pictures for their own archives and research. That is actually my main reason for taking them and uploading them.
As far as cemetery records in Council Bluffs, the single best resource is the cemetery records book at Walnut Hills Cemetery in Council Bluffs. Unfortunately there isn't an electronic version. But if you visit the cemetery office there, they'll let you look through the book. The book is alphabetized by last name, and includes name, plot, death and burial dates and some birth dates. Walnut Hills actually runs most of the cemeteries in Council Bluffs, and everyone buried in any of their cemeteries are listed in their book (even if they don't have a gravestone).
If you're not near Council Bluffs, I could probably look in the book for you the next time I'm there, if there's someone that you think is buried in Council Bluffs who you haven't been able to find records for.

As I continue to upload pictures from St. Joseph Cemetery, I stumbled across another one that may be for a memorial page that you manage. Joseph P Kelly (75063924) doesn't have a birth or death date listed on the memorial page, so it might not be the same person. But I thought I would upload it and let you do a sanity check against your records and see if the dates look right for the person for whom you built the page. There is another Joseph P Kelly (75063945) whose page you manage as well, so perhaps the picture goes with him instead?
I also uploaded a picture for Loe W Kelly (75063962) [which I'm assuming was supposed to be Leo?].
Buried next to Leo and Joseph is John F Kelly (120843435), and I didn't find an existing page for him so I created one. If he is a relative of yours and you'd like to manage his page, let me know.
Either way, there's a picture of Joseph now. I hope it's helpful in your research!

I uploaded a gravestone picture to 3 pages that you manage. The picture was taken in Section E of St. Joseph Cemetery in Council Bluffs, IA.
James Michael Gorman (79777060)
Stella L Gorman (79776245)
Nellie M Gorman (79776168)
I thought I'd let you know in case these are relatives or people that you're researching. The gravestone picture does include some birth/death dates that the memorial pages don't include.

Hi, I'm the person who took the photos of the gravestones at Pelham Cemetery in Mason County, IL. I have a transcription of the message at the bottom of Eliza's stone:
Look Brother dear upon that hallowed stone/
We stand upon a spot of love and fear/
For there is laid a heart as fond a one/
As ever left its children weeping here/
My wife and I took pictures of all of the headstones in Section E of St. Joseph Cemetery in Council Bluffs, IA. I uploaded pictures for Michael John Kelly (75064128) and Bridget Ellen Kelly (75063705), to pages managed by you. There are no birth or death dates on your pages, so I can't be 100% certain that these headstones are a match to the memorial pages that you created. But the full names are a match and the cemetery is right, so it seems likely that they're a match.
I thought I would let you know in case these are people that you are researching, and so that you can update the birth and death dates if these pictures patch the people that you created memorials for.

Hello Michael Thanks for letting me know the parents of Anna. If you look through St.Martin's
Index of names there is a memorial recently added for "Soissong" unknown dates. It is an old
headstone but it looks like it may have all of your family names I can make out "Barbara" Maybe you can contact the contributors.
If you want me to transfer Anna's memorial to you let me know. Will be happy to do it.

|Marion Dimond||RE: Florant Bastien (1832 - 1920)|
Send me your e-mail address at MarionRD@aol.com and I'll be glad to send other info on Florent Bastien, who married our ancestor Margaret Dimond.
Your ancestor Joseph Swassing married Sarah Pelham, who was a sister of W.C. Pelham, who married another Dimond sister, Martha, so I've done some research on Sarah but didn't know where she ended up.
There is a Pelham Cemetery in Mason County listed on Findagrave.com. It is across the road from Dimond Cemetery.
