|RobMinteer57||Eveleyn Jones Sensibaugh|
Is E Russell Sensibaugh her husband? I could go hunt up my cemetery book and see if they are shown as sharing a stone, but think they must be, as they are the only two Sensibaughs I added there.
I had thought that I was related to a higher proportion of people in the West Carlisle Cemetery than in any other, but now it's looking like it might be Frazeysburg.
Starting with Jacob Ashcraft and Patsy Fairall as Generation 1, your grandmother and my great-grandmother are in Generation 4, along with over 190 others. I very much enjoy adding these people and links in Generation 5 that you've been sending recently, and am sure looking forward to adding through Generation 9 (and perhaps even 10?) eventually...
|RobMinteer57||descendants of Sarah Cochran and William Powers|
About all the information I have for your part of the family is what little there was in the book "The Ashcraft Family - Descendants of Daniel" by Martha Ashcraft Neal, supplemented by census records and what I have found on Find A Grave.
I've come to realize that I will never be able to get any family completely filled in, even my main focus: The Minteers. But I still want to add whatever I can.
|DeWitt Howard||Billy Powers|
I made a few corrections on this memorial as you requested. I just transferred it to you, so you can do as you please. Thank You, DeWitt
I added the info, and would be glad to transfer her to you if you want. I wonder what name is on her stone, and where her husband is buried. But since she's your grand-aunt, I imagine you'll look into that sometime.
So you are a fourth cousin (in the Ashcraft line) of my father, uncle, and aunt--of the three of them only my aunt is still alive, in Pittsburgh, PA. If you have a descendancy from Sarah Cochran and William Powers, I would sure like to add more to my Ashcraft spreadsheet.
I'll be updating much more by searching Find A Grave over the next week or more, and will be glad to send you a copy of the spreadsheet when I get done, if you're interested.
|genealogyjudy||Find A Grave Memorial # 75894379 Frank Ellsworth|
Thanks for all your hard work for Find A Grave and the rest of us genealogists out here.
Frank Ellsworth is buried in the Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, Prince George's County, Maryland, USA. You indicate that his birth date is Dec., 1865 but the photo of his stone clearly indicates he was born 31 Dec 1864. You show his death date as Nov 1952 when the photo of his stone gives the date of 27 Nov 1952. When you get time, if you could correct these things, I would be greatly appreciate it for any genealogists who may follow me.
Again, thanks for all your hard work.
No rush... just let me know when you're ready for the photo replacement.
I did the 4 Marti transfers. Let me know after you've added your new photos if you want me to take mine off. You can't delete photos you didn't post, even if you manage the memorial.

Thank you for the information about the Mt. Olive United Methodist Cemetery. I have transferred all of the Crowns over to that cemetery. I would like to correspond with you.

Your request for Fred to be linked to his parents is done. Fred married the daughter of my 3rd great grand aunt. I've studied the family for quite a while and have some things I can share (including Fred & Anna's marriage certificate) if you'd like. I do not, however, have a photo of Fred or Anna and I see that you have one of Fred's brother Edwin Oscar. Do you have one of Fred or Anna?
My email address is email@example.com if you'd like to have some of the documents and newspaper articles.
Thanks for the heads up. I cannot believe that I did not notice this. And to think that I have been there many times !! :( I corrected all that I have in this cemetery. Thanks again. It certainly help to have another set of eyes to keep us right.
