Bio and Links
My data is based on "Our Garst Family in America" by William Tell Garst, published in 1950. There so many researcher who just copy and paste and so many date and data wrong. I tired to verify all of my date, that why I use Find A Grave. I have put together a lot of my missing links, from your works. So In the future if you or any of your group from Find A Grave, need help on one the Garst Family lines I have, you can depend on me, to share information.

My Goal is to link as many Garst family member toghter from thier lines. To put a face and a stories on a stone. Thru data of bio, cenus, bith, marriaged, militiary, death records and obit. To show a foot print in the sand of life and a stories that are "Gone but not forgotten".

I am now as of Sept of 2014 putting all of my 2036 pages of data on Rootweb of "The Garst Family History". I am putting link to the grave, you can go back and fore, from the data and Find A Grave. Just click on RootsWeb's, and put in what Garst family member you are looking for and under garstjake1. Now I have over 400 more pages of data to complete the 2036. And I am adding data and stories that are e-mail to daily. I am now just in Abraham Garst I family line.

If you have any story about a love one you like to share or a Obituary from the family Bible. If a love one was in the militiary, honor thier service for the the county. Just let me know and I will post its for you.

If you see wrong or incomplete information for anyone I have added please contact me for update.

Ida M. Reagan
Do you have the right mother for this Ida M. Reagan? (Gharst) There are several Ida M. Reagans on Family search and the one that died in 1943 in Tulare County shows a different Mom and Dad. Linda

Unless Charles is Ida's second husband. Then no, we don't know her first husband.

One would think that a matching, side by side, headstone in the same cemetery would be related. Can't be brother and sister since the last name is Reagan. Her maiden name would be Gharst since her mother's married name was Gharst. Maybe I found her husband for you! I can call the office at the cemetery or you can and verify that information. Linda
