I am Robert McClure, Husband of Voleta Cooper McClure. We live in Shawnee Oklahoma, and are happy to obtain any photos needed in the area. |
I have developed a couple of family trees on Ancestry.com for the McClure-Sutliff-Cooper-Bray familys. It includes Holdens, Ralstons, Johnstones, Littles, Elam's,(5,000 names) and another tree: Harriet Hannah Hall which includes the Halls, Wheelers, Lemmons, and Carrs,(1,500 names).
Just discovered "Findagrave" August of 2011 and am excited about the information and photos found there. I want to do my part to add all the history and photos that I come across to this great resource.

robert, i am going to put a booklet together on the haneys from morgan co. ky. i am trying to find ancestors who may have some old photos. i was hoping to find someone in family line that may have a picture of james and almeda haney mcclure. are you also related to hiram f. haneys wife lula mcclure. his son herschel g. haney named one of his sons james mcclure haney. hirams brother jehiza pearson haney also married a sallie m. mcclure. they are buried at the oliver haney cem. in stacy fork. was james h. mcclure a minister? herschel g. haney and one son became ministers. i thought they may be why he named one of his sons after him. i will pay for copies of any pictures you or someone else might have. hope to hear back from ya. chris

Your very welcome, glad I could help.
I uploaded the photo for Lloyd. You may use that photo as you wish. If you have any more family members in the Bakersfield area and would like a photo of their headstone let me know and I would be glad to photograph them for you!

I truly appreciate the memorial transfers, thank you, Emma.

Take a look again please.
I took three photos of the same gravestone of Elizabeth.
The first one is out a bit.
The second one is closer.
The third one is a zoom in to capture the dates of birth and death for Elizabeth.
All three photos are for Elizabeth's gravestone.
No problem, my wife had the same observation.
I was merely trying to be thorough for a future reader of the memorial page but may have cause some inadvertent confusion.
